When you place on order on FORMED Market, it goes to our fulfillment service. When order is processed, an email will be sent with a tracking number. This same tracking number will also be updated on your order detail page. 

  1. Go to the account menu by clicking your initials at the top right of screen (or the three horizontal lines menu, if on mobile).
  2. Click Account.  You will see your recent orders at the bottom of this page. 
  3. Click on the order number to view status and tracking number. You can click the tracking number to view carrier status.
