Apple Computer + Safari

  1. Click the Safari button in the top left corner of your desktop menu bar (top of screen next to apple icon) 
  2. Select Preferences form the drop down menu
  3. In the preferences window click the Privacy tab
  4. Then click the Manage Website Data button
  5. Type in the Search box “ooyala”
  6. When ooyala.com result loads click it
  7. Then click the Remove button in the lower left corner of the window
  8.  Click Done
