Once you complete your registration for a FORMED user account you will be prompted to verify the email address you submitted during registration. An automated email will be set to your email address. Please open this email and click the blue verify button. You may then navigate to formed.org and login. 


If you are unable to verify your email address it is likely one of three reasons

  1. You did not receive the verification email 
  2. You did not click the verify button 
  3. You incorrectly entered your email address during registration


1) You did not receive the verification email 

If you do not see the verification email in your inbox within five minutes of registering please double-check that it did not automatically get filtered to a junk or spam folder in your email inbox. If you still do not see the verification email from parishcare@formed.org please contact the ParishCare team by clicking here. 


2) You did not click the verify button

When you locate the verification email in your inbox you must open it and and click the blue button that reads "CLICK HERE TO VERIFY" in order to complete the verification process. If you do not click the button the email address cannot be verified.

3) You incorrectly entered your email address during registration

It is possible that there was a typing error in your email address when entered during registration. This would prevent you from receiving the verification email. Please contact the ParishCare team with your first and last name and they will look up the email address entered during registration.
